About MeI hold a Master’s degree in counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am also nationally certified in the field of counseling. I have been in private practice in Rapid City since 1998, and prior to that time was associated with an agency in Rapid City. I enjoy being in private practice because I can really do what I want to do in terms of working with people, scheduling, new ideas and training, etc. Prior to counseling, I was in business for several years. I am divorced and remarried and have a daughter in her early twenties. I have lots of interests that include hiking, reading, plants, music, art, traveling, and anything involving the water! I have lived in Rapid City for fifteen years and in the Black Hills as a child. I love this area and plan to make it my permanent home. I hope this website will be helpful in giving you information about me and my counseling practice.
